1-on-1 Player Sessions
These 30 minute sessions are geared to help your athletes dig deeper into their personal mental game and competitive mindset. These are completely personalized to the athlete, helping them overcome roadblocks and key challenges to their performance. They can be conducted virtually on Zoom, over the phone, or in-person if you are local. Generally, your first session will be an hour long and will account for two sessions.
The six 1-on-1 sessions in the Essential Support Program serve as a good starting point to scratch the surface of honing the power of your mental game.
However, the 12-18 sessions in the Gearing Up and Mindset Mastery programs help set you up for greater, more consistent long-term results.
Only included in the Gearing Up and Mindset Mastery Programs, game/competition observations are used to help bring additional perspectives into the individualized needs of players.
Game observation is key to assessing areas like body language, athlete leadership, bouncing back from adversity and more.
At Upper Mentality, we make it one of our priorities to serve you in a timely manner.
If the athlete requires the support of a caregiver (eg. parent, guardian), then we are happy to hop on short calls as needed. These can be treated as a form of touching base and are available upon request throughout the duration of your program.
