Upper Mentality Inc. is a mental performance consultancy based in Ontario, Canada. We serve clients worldwide, offering in-person and remote services, including 1-on-1 consulting, group/team workshops, and public speaking.

We provide:

• Individual 1-on-1 mental performance consulting.
• Group/team workshops.
• Services are delivered in person or remotely via phone, Zoom, or FaceTime.

• Permitted Use: You may use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not:
  • Engage in any illegal activities on the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
  • Use the Site to distribute malware or spam.

• 1-on-1 Services: Payment methods vary.
• Team Workshops: Payment methods vary.
• Cancellations:
  • In-person workshops: 7 calendar days’ notice required.
  • 1-on-1 sessions and virtual workshops: 24 hours’ notice required.
  • Without proper notice, fees are non-refundable or work will be considered delivered.
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule with appropriate notice.

For clients under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent is required.

Upper Mentality Inc. does not guarantee specific results. Our services are designed to provide tools and strategies for mental performance improvement.

1-on-1 consulting relationships are confidential. Identifying details will be removed from any shared case studies or testimonials.

We may employ third parties to assist with tasks such as scheduling, administrative work, or service delivery. These third parties adhere to our confidentiality and data protection standards. Our website includes integrations with the following third-party tools:

• Jotform: Used for agreements, forms, and data collection.
• YouCanBookMe: Used for scheduling services.

Additionally, our website is hosted through GoDaddy.

Sensitive client data is stored securely in locked filing cabinets or password-protected digital platforms. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Clients may receive written or digital resources for personal use only. Reproducing, sharing, or distributing these materials without permission is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved exclusively within Ontario’s jurisdiction.
